4. Audio, transcripts, and AI processing

Recall may use on-device processing or trusted service providers to generate transcripts and summaries. When cloud-based AI or transcription services are used, your audio or transcript content may be sent to those providers only to perform the requested app function. We do not use your recordings to advertise to you.

Recordings, transcripts, and exports may be stored on your device unless the app clearly offers a cloud, sync, backup, or sharing feature. You can delete recordings and related content from inside the app when deletion tools are available. Deleting the app may remove locally stored app data from your device, subject to iOS behavior and any backups you control.

We do not sell your recordings, transcripts, or personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us run the app, process transcription or AI features, provide analytics or diagnostics, respond to support requests, comply with law, or protect our rights and users.

7. Analytics and diagnostics

Recall may collect limited diagnostics, crash data, performance data, and usage signals to understand app stability and improve the product. Where possible, we aim to minimize the data collected and avoid collecting the content of your recordings for analytics purposes.

Recall is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

You control what you record, export, share, and delete. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with support communications or account-related records, if applicable.
